  • DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE PRESENT WHILE YOU WORK?

    Usually no. However, one of your staff might be needed momentarily to provide our team with access to a locked area.

  • WILL YOU CANCEL IF THERE’S BAD WEATHER?

    Unfortunately, the weather is not always predictable. While we make every effort to monitor the weather in advance, we may have to reschedule if bad weather arrives suddenly. We would advise you whenever we are unable to attend an appointment.

  • DO YOU SUPPLY ALL THE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT?

    Absolutely. We provide an extensive range of machinery and equipment to handle all types of large-scale maintenance work. This includes seven customised service vehicles, fully-equipped with all the tools required to ensure your grounds are in immaculate condition.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE AREAS?

    We are based in Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast, but we travel to surrounding areas. For big jobs, we’re happy to travel further upon request so please don't hesitate to ask.

    Our qualifications and insurance include:


    • Horticulturalists in every service vehicle
    • ChemCert accredited
    • WHS Compliant through CM3 contractor management
    • CM3 Prequalification no. 026797
    • Public Liability Insurance (up to $20 million)
    • Chainsaw licenses
